Laurel Run Farm offers everything from 1-day wedding events and matrimonial weekends, to full-blown destination weddings incorporating some of the region’s many adventure, recreation and scenic opportunities. Choose a unique 1-day wedding plan, with which you have access to the estate’s numerous venues and may relax in the high-end luxury of the lodge, listening to our in-home Bose audio system, dabbling in culinary endeavors in the full gourmet kitchen or just taking in the well-appointed lodge and its amenities. There are also the game room and theater room, complete with a variety of high-end entertainment options. They each make the perfect place to create a relaxed and casual pre-wedding occasion as the wedding party prepares. Come and go as you please. Stroll the grounds before the ceremony and take in the scenery and fresh, country air as you and your guests enjoy full access to the entire estate leading up to your ceremony.

Weekend weddings at Laurel Run Farm allow you, your family and friends to make use of the entire Laurel Run estate throughout whole weekend. Hold your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception and post-wedding-day brunch all on the same picture-perfect grounds. We also host elopement and small weddings up to 25 people and destination weddings of 25 – 175 people.

LRF considers this event a self-contained wedding. The function can be hosted either inside the Lodge or outside on the Lodge grounds. The complete use of the Sanctuary and Pavilion are included.

1 Day Event Weddings
26-175 people

LRF allows weddings on pre-selected weekends, once a month, May through October. Weddings can be held on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. There are no overnight stays during the rental. The wedding party has complete use of the Lodge, Sanctuary and Pavilion during the event.

Destination Weddings
25-175 people

LRF offers the facility for destination weddings once a month from May to October. The facility must be rented for the complete wedding weekend. For 3 days, the wedding party has full use of the Lodge, including sleeping accommodations, the Sanctuary and Pavilion. This is geared for clients traveling from out of town and desire to host the rehearsal, wedding and post wedding brunch on site.

Venues

Laurel Run Farm offers various ceremony site options for your special day.

The Arbor, wisteria lined arbor on a beautiful lawn with the backdrop of the lodge. Smaller weddings up to 75

The Sanctuary, an open air timber frame structure that seats 50 under roof. Adjacent to the building is an expansive natural amphitheater. A separate tent cover is suggested for all events in case of inclement weather and is not included in the rental. Small to medium weddings up to 175

The Reserve, the back fields are open to your imagination. Have the event in the natural surroundings of the Hocking Hills. Enjoy the beauty of the seasonal changes! For larger events

The Pine Grove, behind the sanctuary is a beautiful grove of pine trees. For small weddings

The Tent, the tent is primarily used for reception events but is also the contingency plan if the weather does not comply

The Pavilion, a 30×40 an open air timber frame structure that offers sweeping views in all directions. Perfect for rehearsal dinners, cocktail hours, smaller receptions, brunch or dinner. Equipped with oversized fans and dimmable lighting.

Guest Room Requirements

To host an event at LRF, you must reserve the lodge for a minimum of 2 nights for weddings up to 25 and 3 or more nights depending the size and scope of the wedding. Standard room rates apply based on seasonal variation

Cancellation Policy

We encourage the client to make reservations 1 year in advance. Once the reservation is made, $1000 will be charged for your event to begin the preliminary planning process with LRF. At the same time the client will begin a separate planning process with CMPE. The process and fee schedules for each organization will be kept separate. For weddings larger than 25, a 50% deposit for the facility fee will be collected. A separate deposit will be required for the Lodge depending on the amount of days requested. 180 days prior to the event the remainder of the fee will be collected. In the unfortunate event of a cancellation from 365 to 180 days, $1000 of the deposit will be non-refundable. From 179 to 90 days, 50% of the facility fee will be kept and 50% refunded. If the event is cancelled 89 days or less, the entire fee will be kept and no refund issued.

Laurel Run Farm wedding packages are designed with ease of planning and transparency in mind. We want to give our guests the best rate possible for a multi-million dollar venue with all the wedding essentials while being located in a private wooded setting unlike anything else around. We have created these packages so you don’t have to do any of the legwork of trying to locate and coordinate wedding vendors to a remote destination that you’re unfamiliar with. Don’t worry, we will take care of and have the following items in place for your special event in addition to the multitude of venues available for your exclusive use at Laurel Run Farm. Host your rehearsal dinner in the Pavilion, Tie the knot in the Sanctuary, elope in the Pine Grove, conjoin under the Arbor, or unify in the Lodge. No matter what you decide, you can rest assured that we will have done everything we can to make sure your event is as beautiful and stress free as possible.

Host your rehearsal dinner or cocktail hour in the Pavilion, Tie the knot in the Sanctuary, photoshoots in the Pine Grove, conjoin under the Arbor,  celebrate the reception in our Tent and spend the day in the Lodge living in the lap of luxury.   No matter what you decide to do with you time at Laurel Run Farm, you can rest assured that we will have done everything we can to make sure your event is as beautiful and stress free as possible.

Use of Cameron Mitchell Premier Events or The Berwick are the only approved catering vendors at LRF. You may choose whoever you like for any other services but we do require the use of Cameron Mitchell Premier Events and Berwick for food and alcohol.

With this package, we are reserving all 140 acres and all 7 venue options for the entire weekend, for your exclusive use. Similar farms charge around 100k to reserve the entire estate for a 3 day weekend.  With all the gorgeous surroundings and luxuries you expect for your wedding day found in one remote location, you’ll find Laurel Run to be a great fit for your special destination weekend at the best price. Host your rehearsal dinner in the Pavilion on Friday night, Tie the knot in the Sanctuary on Saturday, photoshoots in the Pine Grove, conjoin under the Arbor, celebrate the reception in our Tent, and spend the weekend in our Lodge, living in the lap of luxury. No matter what you decide over the course of your 3 day escape, with Laurel Run Farm you can rest assured that we will have done everything we can to make sure your event is as beautiful and stress free as possible.

Laurel Run Farm suggests the use of golf carts for added convenience for your guests. We only offer two approved caterers who are required for any event with over 25 people, Cameron Mitchell Premier Events and The Berwick. Alcohol for the wedding date must be purchased and served by the careering company, since they hold the liquor license.
